Worked in primary hiring to scout for business development, operations and human resource interns via platforms like LinkedIn Jobs, Letsintern and Internshala, created a candidate pipeline by conducting interview calls.

Handled 9 cities of South & Central India (Bangalore, Nellore, Kochi, Vishakhapatnam, Vijaywada etc): made sure these teams grew in number by recruiting more volunteers in these teams and ensured regular food donation drives were being conducted, Helped city leaders mentor their teams and ensure activity, Helped teams get in touch with restaurants of their area to ensure meal availability, Handled 15-20 NGOs for the ‘#IAmFeedingIndia’ campaign, and got them in touch with kitchens from all over India, to supply food to be donated in areas of need.
