Involved in initial discussion with the candidate regarding the job requirement and submitted to the clients. Involved in coordinating the interview rounds requested from the clients and confirming the candidate’s availability. Worked on the hiring process, documentation, background check etc. and all the other required processes to onboard the candidate. Clients: Visa, Facebook, Paypal, Salesforce and Adobe.

Involved in the full-cycle recruitment process. Uploaded the requirements into ATS and assigned to the recruiting team. Received submissions from the team and had conversation with the candidates before submission. Scheduled the interview as per the client’s request and confirmed the candidate’s availability. Worked on the hiring process, documentation, background check etc. and all the other required processes to onboard the candidate. Handled a team of 6-13 recruiters. Responsible for mentoring and providing ongoing training and support for new recruiters and serve as a resource for learning and navigating recruiters through policies and procedures. Kept a track of assigned targets of the whole team including submittals, interviews and offers.
