Incharge for entire recruitment cycle (Starting from searching resume to conducting interviews). Advertise Job posting on various online job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed, Hirist, Instahyre, Cutshort etc. Screening incoming resume and applicant’s form from the internal portal. Conducting pre-screening interview and shortlisting candidates for the further rounds. Scheduling the technical interview of the candidate and communicating with the concerned person. Co-ordination and follow ups with candidates in process. Co-ordinating with other employees to ensure work is being implemented/queries is being resolved. Background verification of the shortlisted candidates for further process. Campus recruitment of technical background students of various colleges through online mode with the help of the Placement Coordinator. Answered approximately 35-40 calls per day to assist callers and redirect calls to proper personnel. Direct involvement in hiring and on-boarding programs for new joiners.

Learnt how employee’s performance are enhanced and how training and development impact the skills of the employees. The data was collected with the help of the employees through cold calling. Identified what all different online certifications are required to be done by the new joiners as well for the existing employees. After completion of the task, all the required information was needed to be submitted to the head of the Learning and Development.
