Recognize manpower demand from the concerned department. Drafting the job description according to the requirements and getting the acceptance from the higher authority. Incharge for entire recruitment cycle (Starting from searching resume to conducting interviews). Advertise Job posting on various online job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed, Hirist, Instahyre, Cutshort etc. Screening incoming resume and applicant’s form from the internal portal. Conducting pre-screening interview and shortlisting candidates for the further rounds. Scheduling the technical interview of the candidate and communicating with the concerned person. Co-ordination and follow ups with candidates in process. Co-ordinating with other employees to ensure work is being implemented/queries is being resolved.
