Accountable for Manpower planning; Responsible for Policies and Processes Implementation; Performance Management and Career Progression; HRMS software management; Employee Benefits and welfare, Employee Engagement, and relations, Employee Grievance Management; Vendor Management; Payroll Management; Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition - Frame out the required manpower planning and budgeting along with the Business Head of assigned vertical based upon their budget for FY. Employee Life Cycle Management - Onboarding all the new joiners (Joining Formalities, Background Verification Check) o Employee Induction and Hand Holding process. o Design the Organizational Chart, Career Mapping Flow, Job Description, Compensation Structure, KRAs, and Compensation benchmarking for the assigned vertical within defined TAT and budget allocated. o Innovative Employee Engagement Activities such as Rewards and Recognition, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Focused Group Discussions, and Floor meetings; Driving Performance Appraisal system - formulating their KRA’s and KPI’s.

Planning Training & Placement Activities for each semester in coordination with the Head of the Departments and Principal of the college; Conducting training and Workshops for Students and Faculty; Liasoning with Corporate Officials for Placement Activities and TPC of other Institutes and Campuses; Maintain the database of the students, campus drives, companies, and other miscellaneous data; Deliver lectures on Soft-skills, Interview Preparation, and Aptitude training to the students; Encouraging students for higher studies and self Employment through various Interactive sessions.
