Developed RPAs include: Accounts RPA (payment sheet for closed POs saves 4 hours weekly), Qualship RPA (Web scraping to download qualified vessels documents and upload on SharePoint saving an hour monthly), ISF API (Sends alerts to vessels that saves 300 hours annually), Vessel General Permit RPA (Annual RPA to extract data from every vessel and merge data to make one single report that saves around 1200 hours annually), Panama Canal RPA (Automated alerts to vessels every time they are about to pass Panama Canal to remind them about NOA certification that saves $500 for each vessel). Various regional, iceberg, cyclone, and weather alerts developed using Python and SQL Data that save 1-2 hours daily.
