Developed RPAs (Robotic Process Automation) that brings accuracy and boosts productivity by saving thousands of hours of manual work using Python, UiPath, SQL, Power Automate, SSIS, SSAS, and PowerBI. Created own Data warehouses from scratch with the help of SQL, SSIS and performed ETL operations. Created RPA Framework that stores all RPA logs in SQL Database. Performed analysis and resolution of Service Desk Tickets, and maintained assigned applications. Developed RPAs include: Accounts RPA (payment sheet for closed POs saves 4 hours weekly), Qualship RPA (Web scraping to download qualified vessels documents and upload on SharePoint saving an hour monthly), ISF API (Sends alerts to vessels that saves 300 hours annually), Vessel General Permit RPA (Annual RPA to extract data from every vessel and merge data to make one single report that saves around 1200 hours annually), Panama Canal RPA (Automated alerts to vessels every time they are about to pass Panama Canal to remind them about NOA certification that saves $500 for each vessel). Various regional, iceberg, cyclone, and weather alerts developed using Python and SQL Data that save 1-2 hours daily.

Developed a typing test program used to select the candidates based on their response that also provided the number of correct and incorrect words typed by each candidate.

Designed, developed, and tested a Novel Digital Learning Platform for skills development of rural people in India. Edited and developed videos of various courses for rural women.

Publications include "Voice based E-mail for the Visually Impaired" (International Journal of Computer Applications, 175(16):8-12, September 2020).
