Managed end-to-end project activities for Prudential Singapore and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Malaysia teams, including daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospective, capacity planning, and risk management. Introduced Agile methodologies from scratch and explained JIRA processes to SCB MY team, received client appreciation. Conducted workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of Agile principles. Monitored and reported on Agile transformation progress, ensuring stakeholders were informed and engaged. Implemented continuous improvement processes, fostering an environment of innovation. Conducted interviews and participated in Agile Competency meetings and decisions.

Managed project activities and implemented frameworks like Heart and Kaizen for process improvements. Interacted closely with Renault Automotive team, proposed solutions for CMDM, RUBICS, BAM products, and created new JIRA dashboards. Closely associated with CMDM, RUBICS team members in their Azure, DevOps work.

Improved TDL mobile app release plan processes, implemented Agile methodologies, and coordinated with the Release Management team. Collaborated with the Head of Engineering and CXO level for resource utilization and allocation. Used Kanban to visualize flow and optimize workflow. Familiar with XP practices such as TDD, BDD and CI/CD DevOps practices also with Design Thinking, SAFe framework. Encouraged a culture of open communication and collaboration within teams.

Participated in Agile ceremonies, removed project barriers, and guided teams towards improving work methods. Implemented Turkey Steel Rolling Optimization Process using ANOVA Model and Time Series forecasting for Air Quality Data using ARIMA Model. Worked for Anti-Money Laundering POC using ML models, developed Sentiment Analysis module, and applied for patent filing.

Worked on SAP MM module for various clients, including Smart forms language translation, CATSDB table update, and Purchase Order creation.

Developed and maintained SAP application modules for SBI Life Insurance, including employee performance Appraisal templates and PTax calculation.
