I oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. My duties include generating leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and an existing contact database, emailing and cold calling the appropriate stakeholders to pitch the services, analyzing the client's needs, collaborating with the pre-sales department to obtain quotes, negotiating with the client, preparing the SOWs and other documents after the deal closes, and monitoring impending renewals and payments. Additionally, I was in charge of creating presentations, deliverables, status updates, and performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
