Automation of various ServiceNow related tasks like incident creation, auto assignment, updating, etc. to save client SLAs. Developed a ChatBot web application using Django and ServiceNow REST API for getting live incident status, SLAs, etc. Developed and automated various reports using Python, ServiceNow, Hybris APIs to reduce manual monitoring and meet the client SLAs.
