Creation of R Shiny Dashboards for Business Intelligence Teams. ETL, Automation, Code Optimization and Team Handling. Shiny Dashboard for American Express (BFSI domain) to Generate dynamic Dashboards based on a search query string using NLP techniques like string distances (cosine, levenshtein etc.…), n-grams and regex. Dashboard displayed different graphs for different time periods based on type of questions asked. Shiny App for American Express for Matching Unreconciled GL Entries of bank accounts through matching each entry with the subsequent one with a custom algorithm and using NLP techniques like string distances, n-grams, and regex to match the results. Shiny Dashboard for GE Money for Robotics process automation for calculating man hours and dollar amount saved and generating reports. Developed multivariate Time Series forecasting model for predicting American Express customer credit card reward points. Extracted data from spark cluster and used auto-arima and LSTM model for prediction.
