Involved in Full Life Cycle of IT Recruitment and End to end recruitment (E2E) life cycle, Internal Hiring, Employee Relationship, and Joining Formalities etc. Directly handling Business and getting requirements from the client. Experience on working on Leadership positions like (Technical Leads, Managers, Sr. Managers). Sourcing the relevant profiles as per the Job Description shared by the account Team. Good understanding of social media hiring (job posting on WhatsApp, posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance) and work through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn. Publishing Employee Referrals within the Organization and working with referral Profiles. Uploading the Candidature in the specified Portals. Initiating Offer Process to the selected Candidates. Onboarding the Candidate as per mentioned date to the client for billability. Follow-up with the shortlisted candidates. Post offers follow-up until the candidate onboarding. Maintaining the status tracker of candidates. Maintaining a detailed day-to-day tracker, updating database on daily basis. Maintaining record of Complete Joiners. Working for multiple locations (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune). End To End Recruitment. i.e., Screening, Sourcing, Short listing, calling up for Candidates, scheduling interviews, offer initiation, onboarding the candidate, aligning candidate to account Team.
