Good experience in volume/mass hiring and niche skill hiring. Screening- Shortlisting candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, times Job) and validating them on their experience and interest on the roles. Profound knowledge in client handling and team leading. Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate about the interview taken. Job posting and management through Mass mailing to reach desired candidates for a given profile. Target driven.

Understanding of requirements and writing job description. Knowledge of using portals like- Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and Times job. Searching the candidates and screening the candidates. Learnt cold calling. Submitting resumes. Observed and learnt from experienced employees. Learnt all selection methods and techniques.

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Planned interviews and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews. Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork completed promptly and accurately. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our application tracking system (ATS). Designed job description and interviews questions that reflects each position requirements. Build candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates- ensuring candidate data is keep updated.
