PlanSmart: Contributed to a luxury furniture client implementation team of 5 members, overseeing tasks for 3 team members. Developed a regression model predicting high-level delivery rates from order placement time, yielding an overall accuracy of 80%. Created a product similarity algorithm using custom product-to-attribute mapping, Sentence Transformer, and Faiss indexing. MarkSmart: Implemented Regression Algorithm to forecast demand with 27% WAPE & predicted optimum Promos to maximize margins. Designed automated ETL data pipeline reducing operation time by 90%. AI Research: Implemented Attention based Multimodal for demand forecasting of new products forecast using Google trends, texts, images & other product features. TestSmart: Developed store & customer level A/B testing tool. Developed dynamic backend APIs. Designed an Algorithm based on clustering & bucketing. AttributeSmart: Deployed & designed a complete text & image based multimodal classifier pipeline. Trained & tested different CNN model architecture on fashion & lifestyle product. Prepared labeled dataset with over 1M images & 300K text data. PromoSmart: Analyzed transaction, inventory, product & store level data of luxury lifestyle retailer and suggested price change for over 850 SKUs.
