Project: Prognostic Health Monitoring (PRO_HM+): Performed complex deep dive analysis and ML models for Prognostic Health Monitoring that identifies anomaly detection, Fault Diagnostics and predicts the life span of spare parts/assets in the aviation industry. Built ERTwB Model to predict exhaust gas temperature, which helps identify the life expectancy of aircraft engines. Implemented descriptive and inferential statistics for aircraft sensor data. Utilized DBSCAN to identify standard features in each aircraft and monitor aircraft features over a period of time. Adhoc modifications of Backend functions for Data Analytics tools. Project: Smart QC+: Data was generated by a line-scan camera, which uses Patchify to slice the images. Trained it on YoloV5 on a dataset of 10k images of various defects and performed the inference using YoloV5 + SAHI algorithm.

Project: PV Monitoring System. Utilized AI-based technologies to visualize real-time sensor data and auto-alert predictive maintenance of Solar photovoltaic. Used multivariate analysis to develop models for predicting user behaviors. Developed interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
