Worked with Product team for product roadmap creation and scope discussion. Worked with Engineering teams to get the development and testing in the respective sprints. Co-ordinated with cross functional teams for Mock/Test data to be used for lower environments for testing purpose. Worked with Infosec team to remediate the findings reported by Application Security, Data Privacy & Architecture teams. Led end-to-end product testing during sprints, ensuring quality and stability of the product. Performed UAT with Business team and gathered Enhancements/Delta for the revised development of features. Worked with DevOps team to deploy & release product versions as a part of Go-Live activities. Worked on MongoDB and maintained an Excel database to track and manage data collected at RCP Medical Centers. Worked on Google Analytics to monitor product performance and other KPI insights, also conducted cross application analysis of similar products, identifying product enhancements according to current market standards. Utilized Postman to retrieve request and response through APIs along with JSON creation.

Developed Automation code for Haptik Chatbot, Jio.com, JioGames and NaMo mobile application using Robot Framework and utilized UiPath Automation tool to automate Jio.com recharge flow. Conducted knowledge transfer sessions, product presentations and POC on various automation tools and libraries. Handled DevOps tasks for Jio.com test cases and conducted UAT for multiple products like JioMeet, MyJio, Jio.com, JioTunes, JioMedia Apps, JioPhone Next and IPL Testing. Performed Post-Deployment Testing for MyJio & Jio.com and Regression testing for JioMeet.
