As a part of HRIS transformation project, successfully evaluated different HRMS products & its implementation partner and finalized the best service provider in sync with the organization’s vision. Led special project of onboarding an employee wellness partner. Managed end-to-end appraisal cycle with salary analysis and system updates.

Led end-to-end backend management of HRIS in collaboration with vendor and internal stakeholders. Successfully completed process automations across modules like Recruitment, Employee central, Performance management, HR Analytics.

Led onboarding sessions for new joiners. Custodian of Timeoffice process management including – automation, transition from legacy system, payroll inputs, reporting, data analysis and vendor management.
