Implemented ATS systems (Keka ATS, Qandle ATS, Pyjama HR ATS). Interprets client’s business and requirements to drive a staffing process. Executes a hiring plan within aligned business groups. Reviews data and market research to recommend and implement a hiring plan. Uses an understanding of talent markets and complex candidate profiles to identify, secure, and/or develop candidates. Maintains candidate satisfaction at all phases of the relationship.

Hands on Experience over End 2 End IT Recruitment. Involved in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Cold Calling, Interview line ups, and On Boarding. Involved in day-to-day recruitment tasks and operations. Reviewed and analyzed gaps to be filled and forecasted recruitment plans. Prepared daily Reports/Tracker.
