Managed the entire recruitment cycle including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing/scheduling interviews, negotiating and finalizing offers/releasing the offers to the shortlisted candidates. Understanding the various requirements of the Direct Clients and processing the requirement within the time frame. Sourcing profiles from various sources like Job portals, Headhunting, LinkedIn. Taking the initial round of interview over phone for collecting the required information for selection process and short listing the candidates for further process. Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for all the short-listed candidates. Follow up with the clients and the candidates with regards to the schedule interviews.
