Worked as a Project Coordinator for E-Commerce Website (Store Hippo SaaS). Managed IT Infrastructure and Cloud-based Digital Advertisements, prepared IT budgets, and handled vendor management. Served as a liaison between clients and developers, managing domains and hosting (Wix, Word Press, Hippo SaaS), and administering Office 365.

Coordinated between Sales Force and ERP teams. Managed IT Infrastructure, including data centers (ERP Servers, Networks, CCTV), IT assets, and L1 Support. Managed domains and hosting (Diadem and AWS), administered Office 365, and provided support for Attendance and Payroll systems.

Managed MPLS, ILL, PRI, and other networks, and administered SAP. Led Eastern Region IT Support (West Bengal-Assam-Bihar). Managed vendor relations, IT assets, and web-based client applications. Key projects included Honeywell Barcode scanner integration with SAP and setting up new network infrastructure.

Managed Networks Trunk, ILL, PRI, and Avaya Voice configuration. Maintained Active Directory Services, handled Windows Server 2003 installation, and managed DHCP. Key project included migration from Avaya to CISCO soft phone.
