Transforming to Agile SAFE framework. Implementing Agile Practices and Processes across 6 different projects. Building of US HealthCare Product for multiple US states using cloud, devops, micro services, postgres DB, mongo DB. Establishing various automated processes in testing, release management. Managing various stakeholder internal and external, and handling team strength of 40 people. Guiding team technically on design solutions across the product.

Technical Project Management: Leading Insurance Client. Project Manager role involved Product Management and Scrum Master duties, preparing project plans and estimates using MPP, managing schedules & costs, and handling agile projects and SAFe ceremonies. Responsibilities included vendor/stakeholder/team management, supporting the team technically in Java/Oracle PlSql and Webservices(Rest), conducting team performance reviews, preparing business user stories, managing digital project transformation, resource planning, defining requirements, and ensuring AWS server requirements were met. Also responsible for designing codes around OSB, ensuring CICD via GIT/JENKINS/CAST, and tracking project impact.

Managed product delivery planning in sprints, requirement gathering and preparation of business user stories for life and group insurance, and preparation of HLD/LLD. Led a team of 12 members, performing impact analysis and code review in Spring Framework, Core Java, db packages, procedures, and functions. Optimized complex queries of Oracle PLSQL and designed/implemented complex insurance calculations using oracle plsql/and java. Managed code versioning/review/deployment via GIT/SONAR and JENKINS.

Managed scope and estimate, requirement gathering for life and group insurance, and team/stakeholder management. Responsibilities included requirement gathering, design, implementation, and management, project operations, enhancements, and implementation. Activities included database and Java Weblogic Application refresh, front end & back end design, developing reports using Jasper and Database, designing/implementing complex reports/batches/insurance calculations using plsql/java, Jenkins automation, and implementing security via bcrypt algorithm/https certificates. Also designed/implemented SOAP/REST WS for various policy documents flow.
