Overviewed entire Portfolio Quality Engineering Initiative of Product Development BU, which involved driving Platform Automation, Test Automation, Infrastructure Automation & Maturity Assessments for all the global Software Products. Managed Software Product Development, Automation, R&D assignments for world-wide application in Banking, FinTech & Connected Commerce sectors, and working closely with Senior Leadership/Directors. Part of the Global Project/Program Management Office (PMO) team, handling international projects/programs aligned with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and following Agile/Adaptive/Scrum frameworks.

Extensive experience of leading/directing over 45 Large-scale Engineering Consultancy projects, collaborating with 20+ prestigious domestic & international clients across different geographies in Power/Energy sector, as Project Manager. As Team Leader, directly managed a team of 10 engineers, alongside heading the Environmental Sustainability Solutions Program involving 40+ TCE professionals working in various projects. Contributed as In-house Trainer and conducted various sessions/workshops in Organizational Project & Program Management for 500+ colleagues across TCE. Audited multiple projects internally to oversee quality compliance & process improvement, strengthened project governance, enabled major PMO initiatives & digitalized different project management templates/tools/modules/processes.
