Implemented the 'Position Master' concept to allocate manpower basis tangible business metrics and thereby reduced HC by 40% in 3 yrs. without any impact on operations or customer engagement. Backfilled 95% of Executive+ level positions within the zone/through internal promotions, drove focused training programs to coach and upskill ground staff to take on bigger roles. Designed and initiated 'Engagement Champions', a program to identify and appoint engagement SPOCs at every regional office for execution of planned People Engagement activities. Calendarized and launched several inter-zone indoor/outdoor sports competitions, cultural / team building activities which resulted in the reduction of (regrettable) attrition by 15% (over 24 months), this was later adopted as a best practice across the organization.

Designed and implemented an Integrated HR Policy for the organization. Spearheaded recruitment of technical and non-technical profiles for Odisha, Kolkata, and African countries. Formulated JD's and KRA's for all positions from scratch.

Successfully completed Performance Management Cycle for the Eastern Region. End to End recruitment solution provider and managed Group Head HR's Office.

Promoted within 18 months of joining the process and made the floor Incharge.
