Developing recruiting strategies to indentify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools Naukri, Indeed, seek, LinkedIn, Bose job workable etc. Sourcing the IT candidates ( IT infrastructure) and closing the position with the SLA. Evaluate candidate strength compared with client's requirements by, for example evaluating, screening and interviewing. The candidate placing qualified talent for contract, contract to hire and permanent/full time position. Negotiate the wages with candidates. Recruiting candidates globally for technical support like Deskto support officers, Network Engineers, service desk analyst web Designers etc Coordinating with senior and closing critical requirements.

Sourcing candidates relevant candidates like Nurses, Medical assistants from portals and references. Helping candidates through out the employmen process, arranged interviews and prepared day and report. Coordinating with clients MD Emergency and FedEx, understand the requirements work accordingly.

Responsible providing relevant resources to the organization like customer support and graphic designers etc. Sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook and internal reference. Managed HR related task hiring, interviewing, on-boarding and training. Presenting fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.

Combined various English teaching methods to help students. Planned and delivered English lesson that incorporate. Helped students in speaking practice.
