Worked on Managed Services project of Bharti Teleservices. Experience of working on DX200, IPA2800 platform of Nokia GSM/GPRS. Daily Health Check up of System. Checking the issues of Voice call, GPRS Connectivity, Coverage related at Initial level. Worked on Supplementary services like call forwarding, SMS. Successful Call Rate (SCR) Analysis from Daily Reports & implementing corrective measures for improving SCR. Working on Nokia switch DX200 by using the UNIX based software Reflection. Involved Basic configuration of LTE customer and first level analysis for the data and Network coverage related complaints.

Working in RFNOC – GNOC Networks & Operations Services. Providing online support to Engineers on site for troubleshooting problems related to WIMAX, UBR (Unlicensed Band Radio i.e. Radwin & Point red equipment) Customer. All Configurations and up gradation of WiMAX Base stations (IDU’s Telsima starmax4100/6100/6400, SS(2350/60)) through CLI. Providing onsite support for problems related to Telsima StarMax SS 2160 series that are affected due to BS related problem or unable to latch in BS due to RF interference problem which are resolved by REM tool, MAP Info, Google Earth. Basics of Leased lines and SDH, Loop back testing.

Worked on Project TATA DOCOMO GSM installation project at Bangalore and Hyderabad. Responsible for Acceptance Test (AT) of Nokia Flexi BTS and Microwave sites from Customer. BTS Installation and commissioning (outdoor & indoor BTS). Commissioning and alignment of Microwave Unit. Installation of hardware and upgrade configuration for Nokia Flexi BTS. Up gradation of BTS sites for better network performance. Commissioning new sites with different cell configurations like 2+2+2, 3+3+3 and 4+4+4. Hands on experience on VSWR meter and Spectrum Analyzer.
