As a Collector, reached out to respective customers to collect outstanding balance of the invoices before the due dates and carried out reconciliations pertaining to the missing and short payments. Succeeded on a Project to bolster overall process efficiency through the use of Analytics by 40%. Assisted in setting up team targets and informing leadership of deviations and opportunities. Additional duties to collect, input, verify, correct, and analysed data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Also conducted root cause analysis of bad data. Due to my excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and Data analytics the management team assigned me with additional duties including creation of team scorecard, dashboards, forecasting, reporting to facilitate daily process operations and also closely work with leadership to bolster business performance. Due to my knowledge and performance in collections and MIS reporting i have trained my team members and new joiners with process knowledge along with analysing and interpreting process reports for performance management.
