Preparing various letters like Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Increment letters, Transfer letters, Absenteeism notices, Warning letters, Termination letters, Experience certificates, Relieving letters, etc. Keeping track of records and monitoring employee attendance to ensure punctuality and leave as per leave policy. Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary. Background Verification of present and upcoming employees. Encouraging employee engagement activities in the organization. Birthday Celebrations in the organization. Conducting exit interviews & making Full & Final Settlements.
