Taking part in intake sessions with the client for hiring needs for both Tech and Non-Tech hiring; Collecting relevant inputs to ensure the inputs are matching with the JD; Posting the job on various Job Portals & Social media; Sourcing candidates from various job platforms, majorly through LinkedIn, Naukri, IMM Jobs, Indeed, Shine & Hirist; Screening the profiles to ensure their suitability as per the company standards (Experience, Skills, location, compensation, etc.); Documents collection & Post offer follow up; Conducting Post offer engagement program; Being responsible & accountable for fulfilling hiring needs for the assigned business groups; Drive Planning, Execution, Scheduling, and follow-ups; Responsible for the overall candidate experience through the workflow; Collaborated with Leadership on recruitment strategies, development plans, performance management and employee Engagement; Proveded guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective actions; Iterated on messaging to qualified candidates for given roles to improve the response rate 6% to 11%; Managed company organizational structure role responsibilities staffing levels; Identified working as a Full-cycle recruiter, sourcing, Screening, interviewing, presenting, and placing direct seasonal hires; Ability to effectively manage requisitions and Consistently meet performance metrics and goals; Interfacing with the hiring manager and the supervisors, leading intake meetings, Collaborating/communicating consistently to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction with Candidates, and effectively expediting process flow; Creatively sourcing diverse, high-caliber candidates by maximizing internet resources, cold calling, social media, referrals, and networking.
