Worked on Offshore Technical Recruiting to Agrochemical and Agricultural Biotechnology Client. Used JobDiva as an ATS, Fieldglass as a VMS portal. Expertise in using Boolean Strings, X-Ray Strings, Peel-Back, and LinkedIn sourcing.

Recruited for fortune 100 clients. Experienced in using Boolean search strings, X-Ray Strings and well versed in sourcing resumes from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, Indeed, The ladder and other job portals. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.

Involved in hiring Recruiting Professionals of various levels. Achieved GM Target by providing extensive support to the Recruitment Head.
