Planning of preventive maintenance schedules (creative and Preventive action); Managing Workers, procurement, handling, storage and availability of spares, tools and tackles; Manage on the job training to ensure that safe working conditions are created; Manage and review the implementation of quality and safety systems and inculcate a culture of safety in the department; Completion of given task within the stimulated period; Managing all Maintenance work at shutdown and Break Down; Developing Drawing as per work demand.
