Responsible for assisting Customers and Partners with hands-on technical assistance for demonstrations, trials, and proof of concept projects and developing adoption plans that assist customers in adopting the product. Implemented ad-hoc Custom Code using Selenium Java for web applications, Appium automation framework for Android and iOS apps and provided mentoring and technical leadership to customers trying to set up an automation testing environment for their company. Responsible for providing pre-sales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Providing an effective link between Sales, Development, and Product & Marketing. Shed light on customer risk factors and collaborate with the Engineering team for improving the features accordingly. Worked with various Automated Testing Cloud Vendors for smoothening the automation process for our clients.

Analyzed and documented business requirements as well as collaborated with IT and management team in the designing, configuration, testing, implementation and maintenance of ECM solutions or strategies under documentum base Docspace application. Oversaw all production activities along with fetching data through the content server using oracle database. Performed Development quality check including functional, smoke testing and reviewed, planned and implemented software upgrade as well as worked with OpenText developer to build system functionality and improve quality attribute in Docspace architecture. Consulted regularly with internal customers on applications development project status and software related technical issues.
