Working along with Data Analytics team of Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. Role includes – Developing complex reports, maintaining data quality, Designing tables for easy visualization. Rich Experience in visualization tool (Microsoft PowerBi), extracting insights from data by exploring and deep diving the data. Experienced in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and find opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with business and multi-functional teams, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, design and implementation phases of project. Platform/Technology used are PySpark, SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2,Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Databricks (Notebooks, etc.), Microsoft PowerBi, etc.

Studied the working mechanism of various machines used for manufacturing of tablets and capsules. Worked on OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) to reduce the idle time and enhance productivity.

Suggested modifications in equipment and processes in roll change of Precision Tube mill of Tata Steel-Tube Division. Suggestion made to reduce the time taken by the process, to enhance productivity and to reduce the labor fatigue.
