Analysed trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and make necessary changes in policies. Played a key role in moving from traditional PMS model to a scorecard PMS model.

Handling Global HR Shared Services Centre for Wipro- DOP. with a team of 42 resources. Involved in entire employment life cycle for over 40K Wipro- DOP employees across 26+ countries including India. Involved in process improvements & mapping new system requirements and coordinating with technical team in getting the modules developed, tested and delivered post GSS sign off.

Verification of different personalized communication statements (PCS) forensuring timely communication for the employees related to important activities. Designed new processes and implementing process improvements plans.

Worked in HR team to take care of Employee Onboarding, Exit Management, Payroll Inputs, Leave and Attandence Management etc. Managed benefits administration and full and final settlement of leaving employees.

Headed Global HR function of the Organisation taking care of entire employment life cycle. Involved in creating and cascading HR Dashboards. Leading integrated workforce management working for strategic & operational demand management, workforce planning, talent acquisition / recruitment, on-boarding, skill management.
