Act as single point of contact for all people matters relating to HR policies, talent engagement, development and retention. Monthly review with leadership team on various processes (Manpower budget vs actual, attrition, absenteeism and HR initiatives). Conduct one on one meetings, skip level meetings or employee round table to gather employees' opinions and advising leadership on addressing employee concerns. Provide Monthly Dashboard to BU head. Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval on salary correction, comparisons. Prepare full and final settlement. Assist to develop and implement employee engagement systems and strategies to promote effective communication between management and employees. Conduct surveys and research on workers remuneration, labour negotiations, HR policies and procedures, employee retention schemes and make recommendations to management. Conduct regular engagement with employees to explain company policies and procedures, address issues timely and report to management all unresolved ones. Liaise with payroll Officer to coordinate and prepare payroll information for month end salary payment. Draft and review policies and procedures. Prepare minutes of various meetings and prepare other required reports.
