Handling team of many recruiters, mentored them, including training, managing, help searching resources and was totally responsible for all issues raised by them. Screen the resumes which I get from recruiters and if everything is fine upload and send resume to Clients. Responsible for sourcing of candidates (Naukri.com,Monster,Indeed,LinkedIn,Ceipal etc.) for client needs for different job types (Permanent/Contract to Hire/Contract). Responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of new business development and business from existing clients. Managing and mentoring the whole team so that attrition rate could be kept to the lowest standard which is very high in the existing market and staffing industry. Responsible for all phase of Recruiting process which includes analyzing requirements, identifying requirements, and identifying the requirements on the basis of closure. Providing advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems and procedures. Actively engaged in requirement gathering and coordinating with the recruiting department in order to service those client requirements. Maintained and developed strong relationship with the clients, candidates, contractors and HR Managers. Negotiated salaries with contractors and Candidates.
