Reviews project requirements and executes projects, under the direction of senior team members, per requirements by following the guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable. Creates and follows work allocation schedule and project plan.

Front Facing and Single Point of contact from Ugam to lead the Implementation of Qualtrics Survey Products. Contributing towards all the Customer Experience Management (CX) Platform Programs. Responsible for Project Management from Initial Sync, Kickoff to Project Closure. Managing PIl and non-PII Data within the platform, if required connecting it to other platforms using API's. Help clients to see effective Data visualizations on the Dashboards to carter Organizational Decisions. Configuring Project Deliverables with effective timelines. Train end clients on specific and Custom use cases applicable In & Out of the Box. Monitor & review project progress for timely and effective implementation. Working as key contributor to client & Ugam Relationship. Designing and Documentation of all the projects based on Timelines and Deliverables.
