Currently reporting to CEO's office to the VP& AVP to setup the entire sales cycle, hiring, data gathering, competitive intelligence, internal capacity building and revenue forecasting for month-on-month and weekly basis. Acquired approx. 50,000 new customers to generate over 5Cr.+ in revenue over a span of 6 months (B2C). Led a team of 20+ interns and permanent associates over a span of 6 months to devise weekly and monthly revenue target. Devised WhatsApp campaign to gather hot leads via WhatsApp campaigns and cold calls on inactive leads to increase conversion from 4% to 19% (average-monthly). Spearheaded market research and competitor's analysis and created business proposal to acquire to 60+ (B2B) Clients over a period of 6 months. Built training modules for internal capacity building to increase renewal rate from 0% -1% to 4%. Set up Customer Escalation/Resolution matrix to reduce TAT of resolution right from scratch. Further, optimized TAT based on customer's escalation severity and reduced it from 3-4 days to 0.5 hours based on matrix over a period of 3-4 months.
