Projects: MACI (Machine Assisted Call Intelligence) - Revolutionized the assessment of representative performance by scrutinizing call interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Key Performance Indices (KPIs) were share of voice, objections raised, objections handled, sentiment of physician etc. Highly appreciated by the clients for this tool. Advanced ADS support - The analysis helps in identifying characteristics of customers who initiated their patients on the drug. The analysis helps to identify what drives the depth in writing among customers who initiated their patients on the drug. It propelled a remarkable 10-15% boost in drug sales. DevOps Support: XAI models to get insights for Penetration and Productivity models. Optimization mechanism to optimize activities, at hcp level and finally give out Bi-weekly/monthly recommendations for reps.

Projects: AI Recruitment Portal - Extracted fields from candidate’s public profile and predicted their switch probability, scoring the profiles on different KPIs etc. Used Elastic search as the search engine and MongoDB for Data storage. Doubt Portal - Fine Tuned Transformer model to take input as a question text/image from the user and provide solution with steps.
