Responsible for recruitment and managing operation; Hiring teams and training for managing day to day activity; managing vendors for timely service and till its billing.

Worked on various skills training project on state level funded by govt. Responsibilities included initialization of various vocation centres, financial management, managing Govt audit, and coordinating activities with higher management and government officers.
