Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and staffing qualified IT professionals on permanent and contractual based positions. Co-ordinating with the technical panel and scheduling interviews with candidates & business units for closure of positions within the TAT through rigorous follow-ups. Taking final HR interview in order to assess the candidates Suitability, Attitude, Academics and professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. Generation of final offer letter and taking care of onboarding induction and documentation process for new joinee. Managing a team of 2 recruiters for closure & follow-ups of certain tech positions (contributing as an individual and group). Updating status of all on-going positions on Applicant tracking system (ATS). Conducting background verification of the candidates confidentially. Managing the walk–in interviews, campus drives (Off campus & On campus).
