Coordinated client team interaction for downtime implementation. Managed hardware inventory and invoicing. Ensured successful Client Demo and project closure report preparation (Team Size - 5).

Client: Leo Pharma (Denmark). Project: Server Room Decommission. Interacted with global vendor for assets, resourcing, and funding/costing. Performed requirements analysis, Fit/Gap analysis, and estimations. Handled documentation, planning, execution of data migration, and project completion report preparation.

Managed client interactions for new Statements of Work (SOW). Streamlined workflow for resources and requisition. Monitored Client SLAs by analyzing turnaround time statistics and managing resources (time, team, and scope). Conducted weekly meetings to discuss pending actions.
