Overseeing the entire gamut of HR function including managing entire employee life cycle, Grievance redressed and employee motivation. Managing end to end PMS process. Preparation of Salary for 1500+ employees (on rolls/ off rolls) including all the new joiners. Handling Internal/External HR Audits. Conducting training programs for New Joiners and existing employees.

Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, validation to acceptance of offer and final placement. Identifying and sourcing profiles from various Job Portals along with our own Database, Network References, Head Hunting, job posting.

Maintain daily report of products (in & out), Maintain daily attendance of employees, employee engagement activities, handling employee queries on daily basis, Recruitment, MIS reports.

Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to selection of best talent from diverse sources across levels & businesses. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with functional heads. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Expertise in all Levels hiring. Streamlined the new hire Induction process and developed organized module with clear and specific touch points. Maintaining daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS reports related to manpower of particular region. Maintaining daily SAP Report of Haryana Region.
