Scoping, preliminary screening and shortlisCng candidates based on eligibility, stability, academic/professional qualificaCons, communicaCon skills etc. Ensuring smooth funcConing of all process which includes managing candidate pipeline, following up with candidates in process, coordinaCng with the candidate throughout the interview procedure, scheduling telephonic/ face to face interviews with the hiring managers, sharing feedback/next steps and ensuring Cmely joining when offered. Maintaining track record on the number of closures, candidate in pipeline, internal movements, offers acceptance/ decline, so as to, ensure the proper coordinaCon and flow of work. Worked for high, middle and lower levels.

Responsible for end to end recruitment from different hiring portals. Conduct phone screening to access the individual skill level and communicaCon ability and determine if the candidate will meet client’s needs. Plan,idenCfy,source,validate, submit and close the right candidates for client mandates. Arrange the interview of shortlisted candidates. Profiles worked on Frontend, Backend, Full stack, UI, QA etc.
