Shortlisting of IT specialized & potential candidates through various channels viz., job portals in India and Europe region. Expertise in end to end hiring cycle by negotiating with potential hires, extending the offers, facilitating the placements. Experience in recruiting using Job Sites/ Boards across India as well as Europe region. Ability to identify suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rate, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation. Good Understanding of Different Technologies like Microsoft Technologies, Web Technologies, Mainframe Technologies. Manage vacancies in chosen ATS in compliance with the TEAM international hiring rules and procedures.
