To ensure OYO Business recovery collection (realized amount) from properties tagged. To Ensure quality standards to promote repeat business and completion of audits triggered to their respective properties to maintain quality standards to improve a great customer experience at each tagged property. Manage daily operations of various SMART hotels and ensure adherence to all OYO Operational Procedures and Guidelines. Managing assigned portfolio of owners of the hub and preventing churn by solving partner issues proactively. Analyze, diagnose, debug and solve complex issues pertaining to revenue management and reconciliation(P&L) of around OYO properties portfolio assigned. Analyse and evaluate the performance of the assigned portfolio against a set of standards/ operations metrics.
