Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates through various job portals and conducting initial screening through telephonic rounds. Managed lining up suitable candidates for further functional interviews and arranging onboarding for final candidates.

Gained experience in sourcing candidates via Naukri.com, conducting initial screening, and assisting the HR team with the complete onboarding process. Also learned the SF ePMS module and assisted in tracking progress for 2000 employees.
