Handling the team of 2 Recruiter and create metrics around the requirements. Multiplied the Team size by more than 4X from the time of joining. Worked on closing all the requirements from all the domains in the company (Tech hiring, Non Tech hiring, Mass hiring, Niche hiring). Full lifecycle of recruitment responsibilities includes sourcing, screening, interviewing till the resource joins the organization. Keeping TAT (Turnaround Time) and CPH (Cost per hire) as low as possible. Use web recruitment tools (Naukri, Linkedin, Cutshort, Instahyer, IIM Jobs etc.) effectively, as well as personal databases, headhunting and references. Consistently maintained 85% joining success rate.

Manage daily operations of all recruiting activities and coordinating recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs via ATS (Application Tracking System). Ensure all job requisitions go through the appropriate approvals and positions posted on proven IT-Tech recruitment sites (Naukri, Instahyre, Cutshort, Linkedin, Anglelist). Manage candidate relationship from inception to on-boarding. Establish and improve the systems and processes for employee appraisals. Support a culture of open door where all employees feel confident and encouraged to provide feedback.

Managed induction of new joinees on weekly basis. Conducting Interview processes through various sources & techniques (Skype and Face to Face interviews with Groups and Directors). Managing employee Full Life Cycle for Corporate office, Sales Field Force and Factory. Responsible for smoothing the exit formalities. L&D program management.

Represented the case study competition in GIBS college, Delhi on 7th April, 2017. Coordinated the Alumni Meet organized by the college at Hyatt hotel.
