Handled recruitment for Sysco and its affiliates across various geographies of US. Sourced and Conducted phone interviews with qualified candidates before submitted over resumes and my opinion of each candidate to the US team/Hiring Managers for review. Assisted expansion going on in Sysco's newly acquired affiliates (Freshpint and Buckhead). Handled End to End Recruitment for Tech Team, was part of post funding expansion plan, when Tech and Functional team size grew from 30 to 150. Worked with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies to attract top talents. Maintained daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports. Identified newly launched or rarely used portals to create a pipeline of passive candidates. Brought joining ratio from 7:1 to 3:1, by building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stake holders. Identified road blockers of all my newly joined hires to help them perform better thereby increasing the funnel of Employee Referral.
