Performing follow-up activities on outstanding physician claims under the direction of my accounts receivable supervisor. Identifying issues and trends that result in non-payment of claim due to internal/external review, elevating significant issues to the Supervisor. Working collaborate with other team members to expedite resolution of outstanding claims. Proactively follow-up on outstanding physician claims in accordance with the medical system current standards (between 65 – 100 accounts daily). Maintaining strict patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations. Providing excellent customer service to patients, insurance, representatives and peers. Running AR reports determining outstanding balances, cash collections, inventory, product usage and doctor referrals.

Drive small and medium enterprise business in the assigned territory. Pitch enterprise products and services to prospective customers. Create sales funnel and ensure demonstration activities. Achieve defined acquisition targets. Interact with the customer and network installation team for delivery. Manage customer relationships and escalation. Individual contribution role.
