Responsible for full U.K Recruitment life cycle for Permanent Positions involving requirements understanding, screening, short listing, scheduling client interviews, negotiating salary, offers and closures, for accounts. Gathering daily requirements from the Account Manager to fulfill the client needs. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Internal database, Employee Referrals, linked in, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Social Networking etc. to fill the vacancies and stimulate them to apply for the jobs. Screening the candidate by conducting a first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc. Ensuring certainty to close the requirement within a stipulated time frame. Following up with the candidate till he/she is on board.
