3 Phase Brushless DC (BLDC) Motor: Analyzed the client requirement i.e. specification of required motor. Designed Driver circuit for 3-phase BLDC motor beginning from the basic circuit to end product. Wrote software that is compatible for different series of Microcontrollers belonging to same family and to be run on same platform of hardware. Tested and debugged of software before actual running on hardware. Made the footprints and draw the schematic and Layout the board. Troubleshoot flaws in hardware and debugging of flaws in the software to meet the end requirement. Worked to achieve noiseless motor and reliability of designed motor. Tested the product and supporting for user acceptance test. Automatic Steripump: Master Slave Mode Using Serial Communication. Master and PC Serial Communication via USB Interfacing Chip. Build Low level Drivers for Serial Memory, RTC, TIMER, ADC, Keypad (2*2), Photo Electric & Temperature Sensor. Micro Dispenser: Firmware development and Debugging using C. This Project Includes Interfacing Controller with Serial Memory, LCD, Keypad (2*2) And Micro Stepper.

Bose Amplifier Software Validation: Developed Python Test Scripts to verify features of Amplifier SW such as Bass, Treble, Volume and others. Performed Regression testing and validate the Amplifier software for new releases and prepares the validation report. Display Development for Roof Top Unit (RTU): Do quality related documentation, Requirement gathering, Firmware development in C, Unit testing, static analysis using QAC tool and Test case design, execution and report bugs captured while testing. New Hydronic Control Board: Lead the team of four members, do quality related documentation, Firmware development and Debugging using C. Communication of NHC Board with Network Service Tool. User Interface for W2W Heat Pump: Lead the team of three members, do quality related documentation, Firmware development and Debugging using C. Test case design, execution and reporting of bugs captured while testing. Communication of User Interface Board with Main Board via CCN protocol. Axis Service Tool: Firmware development and Debugging in C. Test plan preparation and System testing with Lab View.
