Conducted meetings with clients and contractors to discuss detailing of the work to be done and prepared the documents like contract agreement, LOI, BOQ, and measured quantities of work done against planned. Processed monthly contractor pay estimates and forecasted cost and quantity estimates for budgeting. Elevated from site engineer to project engineer in time frame of 15 months due to high quality work.
